How to use it
- Tap Add to For Trade (offering) or Add to Looking For (seeking), then pick the exact variant from the grid — shiny, costume, regional form, GMAX, gender or AR background.
- Add an optional note for region, IV spread or any details — shiny & costume are shown automatically from the variant you picked.
- Set whether you can fly (travel to trade).
- Copy the text straight into a Discord trade channel, or download the image for Reddit / Instagram.
What makes a good Pokémon GO trade list
A clear list shows both sides so partners spot a match in seconds:
- FT (For Trade) — Pokémon you're offering.
- LF (Looking For) — Pokémon you want in return.
Be specific about the exact variant — a shiny Charizard, a costume Charizard, a regional form and a GMAX are all different trades, so a vague list wastes both trainers' time. Note the region, IV spread and whether you can travel up front for remote trades, and remember special trades (shinies, Legendaries, costumes) cost more Stardust and you only get one special trade per day — so plan the high-value ones first. Check the cooldown timer before teleporting between trades, and the Showcase score calculatorif you're hunting XXL/XXS entries.

Every variant — shiny, costume, Mega, GMAX & AR backgrounds
The visual grid covers every shiny, costume, regional form, GMAX/Dynamax, Mega and gender — and even the AR / photobomb background a Pokémon was caught on. Want a shiny-only trade list? Tap the Shiny filter and every tile flips to its shiny form; stack it with Costume, GMAX or Background to build a shiny-costume or AR-background list in seconds. It's the only Pokémon GO trade list maker that captures AR backgrounds, and each pick shows the real in-game sprite (and its background) on your list and the downloadable image.

Trading FAQ
How do I make a Pokémon GO trade list?
Tap Add to For Trade or Add to Looking For, then pick the exact variant from the visual grid — every shiny, costume, regional form, GMAX/Dynamax, Mega, gender and AR/photobomb background. Add an optional note (region, IV spread, anything), then copy the text list into a Discord trade channel or download it as an image to post anywhere.
What do FT and LF mean in Pokémon GO trading?
FT means "For Trade" — Pokémon you're offering. LF means "Looking For" — Pokémon you want in return. A good trade post shows both so others can spot a match quickly.
Can I share my trade list as an image?
Yes — the generator can download your list as a themed PNG card (pick a background colour), ready to post on Discord, Reddit, Instagram or anywhere. You can also copy it as plain text for chat-based trade channels.
Does the trade list save automatically?
Yes. It's saved in your browser automatically, so it's still there when you refresh or come back later — no login needed. Log in with Discord and it's also saved to your account, so the same list opens on any device. You can still copy the text or download the image to share it, and Clear all resets it.
How do I share a Pokémon GO trade list on Discord?
Build your list, then tap Copy list (text) for a clean, Discord-ready post — or Download image for a card you can drop into any channel. Both include your For Trade and Looking For sections, plus your trainer name and friend code so partners can add you straight away.
Can I make a shiny-only trade list?
Yes. Open the picker and tap the Shiny filter — every tile becomes the shiny form, so you just add the ones you have. You can combine Shiny with the Costume, GMAX or Background filters too, so a shiny-costume or shiny-with-AR-background list takes seconds.
Is the Pokémon GO trade list generator free?
Yes, completely free — no login, no payment, no limits. Build as many For Trade / Looking For lists as you want, copy them for Discord or download them as images. Logging in with Discord is optional and just saves your list across devices.
How do I add my friend code to my trade list?
Type your trainer name and friend code into the fields above the list — they appear on your shared list and image so partners can add you straight away. Log in with Discord and your saved friend code fills in automatically.
